I’m a lifelong introvert who has had to navigate her way through an extroverted male dominated business in Corporate America.
After 25 years of holding leadership positions and consistently being ranked top leader by her teams, she understands how to lead, support, and help individuals reach the goals that mean the most to them.
My knack for problem solving and excellent listening skills eventually led to an entirely different way of doing business. I want to share those skills with you.
